Handang tumestigo ang ilang tribal leaders ng Mindanao sakaling maghain ng kaso ang Philippine National Police laban kina dating Bayan Muna Party-list Representative Satur Ocampo, ACT Teachers Partylist Representative France Castro, at labing anim pang kasamahan ng mga ito.

Inaakusahan ng PNP ang grupo ng dating mambabatas ng child trafficking matapos maaresto na may kasamang labing-apat na mga menor de edad sa isang checkpoint sa Talaingod, Davao del Norte kamakailan.
