SC upholds CTA ruling to acquit ex-Congressman Mikey Arroyo of tax evasion raps

The Supreme Court upholds the decision of the Court of Tax Appeals acquitting former Pampanga Congressman Mikey Arroyo of tax evasion charges.

It can be recalled that Arroyo was charged for failing to pay proper taxes and file income tax returns from 2004 to 2009.
