The National Bureau of Investigation today files criminal complaints against the officials of Wellmed Dialysis and Laboratory Center over ‘ghost dialysis’ scam.

Meanwhile, a lawyer argues there must be Philhealth officials involved in the bogus claims who must also be held liable.
