MMDA still sees trash in Manila Bay

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority continue to notice garbage in the Manila Bay despite rehabilitation efforts.

Meanwhile, the Laguna Lake Development Authority targets to inspect at least 10 thousand establishments in 4 months.
