Oil firms to roll back fuel prices this week
Several oil companies are expected to impose a price roll back this week.
According to oil industry players, there may be a 30 to 40 centavos rollback in the price per liter of diesel and kerosene.
There may also be a reduction of 45 to 55 centavos in the price per liter of gasoline.
This is the first price rollback in diesel and gasoline for 2017.

In separate advisories, Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. and SEAOIL Philippines announced that the price of their diesel will go up by P1.15 per liter, and kerosene by P1.05.
Gasoline prices will remain unchanged.
Petro Gazz also said it will implement the same amount of adjustment except for kerosene which it does not carry.
The oil price hike is effective 6 a.m. on Tuesday, December 24.
Other oil companies have yet to announce any price movement for this week.
This marks the second consecutive week of price hikes for diesel and kerosene.
Oil price rollback set on Dec. 10
MANILA, Philippines – Pump price cut will take effect Tuesday (December 10) as announced by several oil firms.
At 6:00 AM tomorrow, Shell will slash its fuel prices by P0.40 per liter of gasoline and kerosene.
The price of diesel will remain, according to Shell.
Petron, meanwhile, will cut P0.30 per liter of gasoline and kerosene and P0.10 per liter in diesel.
Cleanfuel on Sunday (December 8) already dropped P0.40/L from their current price for gasoline and P0.10/L from diesel.
This is the second week that oil companies imposed a price cut due to the adjustment in pump prices in the international market.
Shell, Cleanfuel to jack up prices this week
MANILA, Philippines – Oil companies have announced a price increase on gasoline products effective this week.
Over the weekend, Shell and Cleanfuel announced an additional P0.85 per liter and P0.80 per liter on gasoline, respectively.
Meanwhile, both companies also announced a price cut of P0.15 per liter on diesel.
Likewise, Shell will also slice prices on kerosene by P0.15 per liter.
The price adjustment will take effect at 6AM Tuesday (November 12) for Shell while Cleanfuel will impose their adjustment by midnight of Wednesday (November 13).
