Kamao Coach Raffy Gonzales said, “Ang sinabi ko tiyagain lang, huwag naming madaliin. We need to play defense, dahan dahan lang para makuha natin ang game na ito.”
(I told them, just be patient, don’t rush things, we need to play defense, we need to take it slow to get this game.)
(Coach Raffy told us that until the final buzzer sounds, we just continue fighting. We played defense patiently. He made press plays. With God’s mercy, we won the game.)
While Judiciary Coach Joey Yabut said, “Naging lapse namin noon nag-trap sila eh.medyo nawala yung point guard namin.
(Our lapse was when they played trap defense. Our point guard got disoriented. We made errors that’s why we got taken over. Maybe in the next game that’s what we our going to troubleshoot. We played well. We just had problems in some areas.)
