A one-hour program aired on UNTV, Kaagapay, features community-building works through public philanthropy and social works.
Hosted by Lakay Rolly Gonzalo, Ms. Annie Rentoy and Dr. Daisy Camitan, Kaagapay aims to help people by featuring the ways and means that the different government agencies and institutions can help citizens with their dilemmas.
The program adopted an Interactive format, whereby in-studio and home audiences can ask live questions to the program’s guests that come from various government branches and non-government organizations.
The various segments of Kaagapay include features that will show how the program has helped juvenile delinquents in realizing their full potential and showing compassion for the special people. A segment is also dedicated to imprisoned fellowmen, showing how the program has extended a reach-out program to provide medical missions and legal counseling in the jails. The spiritual aspect of counseling is provided by the showing of the preaching of Bro. Eli Soriano of Ang Dating Daan.
In addition, the show also gives public service announcements, in an effort to help those with missing loved ones, or those who’d like to ask for assistance from agencies and the general public.
