HOW DO I GET PROGRAM SCHEDULE?

I WANT TO USE UNTV ONLINE CONTENT (IMAGES, TEXT, ETC. FROM THE WEBSITE). CAN I DO THAT?

It depends on what you want to use and for what purpose. For using images, text or other content from a UNTV website for online or print publications, please email us at info@untvweb.com. Be sure to include the exact address of the web page on which the contents you want is located.

I CAN'T WATCH YOUR LIVE BROADCAST THROUGH INTERNET. PLEASE HELP ME!

You have to install the latest version of Windows Media Player if you would like to watch UNTV Live broadcast. If you've already had one but fail to watch Live Broadcast, please understand that there could be various reasons why you can't get a picture and sound. Contact webmaster at info@untvweb.com Please give us details about your computer conditions such as how you connect internet and which version of browser you use.

WHY CAN'T I FIND THE WEBSITE OR CERTAIN UNTVWEB PROGRAMS?

There are several reasons a particular program may not have a website on UNTVweb.com:

The program is not a UNTV program, but was purchased from other stations.
The producers of the show have chosen not to have a website for various possible reasons.
